If you’re looking for a sweet way to spend a day, the Maple Syrup Festival at Bronte Creek Provincial Park has you covered! Running every weekend in March and during March Break, this family-friendly event is packed with fun. You can take a guided tour along Maple Lane where costumed interpreters show how maple syrup was made back in the 1890s, then swing by Spruce Lane Farm to see animals, try maple taffy, or even learn how to make maple sugar.
