Halton Hills - Georgetown Ribfest 2024

Get ready for a weekend of mouth-watering culinary extravaganza at the Georgetown Ribfest 2024, part of the Northern Heat Rib Series! This savory event promises to delight BBQ enthusiasts with perfectly cooked ribs from top BBQ Ribbers, offering a flavor-packed adventure like no other. Join in for a delicious journey through the world of BBQ, filled with finger-licking fun! The festivities kick off on Friday from 4 pm to 11 pm, continue on Saturday from 12 pm to 11 pm, and wrap up on Sunday from 12 pm to 7 pm. Admission is $2 per person, with free entry for kids under 5. Free parking is available alongside public transit options. Secret Gardens of Milton Tour

Calling all garden enthusiasts! Set aside time this weekend to visit The Secret Gardens of Milton Tour 2024, brought to you by the Milton & District Horticultural Society! Set for Sunday, July 7th, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, this self-guided tour invites you to explore seven meticulously kept private gardens on a beautiful summer day. Whether you prefer the charms of the old town or the tranquility of the suburbs, these gardens offer inspiration for your own home garden design and plant choices. Moreover, this event serves as a fundraiser to support the Society's efforts in enhancing our surroundings.

In-person ticket sales are available at La Rose Bakery in Milton for cash payments. Upon payment, you'll receive a confirmation from Eventbrite. The day of the tour, bring your confirmation to Springridge Farm between 9:30 am and 1 pm to collect your garden tour booklet, complete with driving route suggestions. Inside, find a coupon for a free coffee and muffin, courtesy of Springridge Farm.

Tickets on the day of the tour will be $25 at Springridge Farm, so don't miss out on this delightful opportunity rain or shine!

Downtown Milton Saturday Farmer's Market

Every Saturday, Main Street (between James Street and Martin Street) is closed down to accommodate over 40 vendors offering a variety of goods such as fruit, produce, meats, homemade sauces, baked goods, flowers, and artisanal items. Market hours run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm every Saturday from May 18 to October 19. Admission and parking for the Market is free.
