As part of their commitment to inclusivity and cultural celebration, they are organizing the 2024 Halton Emancipation Freedom Celebration Festival at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington on Saturday, August 3rd. The day promises a rich array of cultural experiences, including dance, art, music, spoken word, historical literature, theatre, and educational workshops. Milton Farmer's Market

Every Saturday, Main Street (between James Street and Martin Street) is closed down to accommodate over 40 vendors offering a variety of goods such as fruit, produce, meats, homemade sauces, baked goods, flowers, and artisanal items. Market hours run from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm every Saturday until October 19. Admission and parking for the Market is free.
